Project Description
The Mandarin Oriental is part of a larger development known as the CityCenter. It is a 47-story luxury hotel condominium tower that contains approximately 225 condominiums and 392 hotel rooms. The overall design of the interior spaces was influenced by the Eastern world. The hotel is considered one of the finest in the world and has received a LEED Gold certification.
Scope of Services
CDC was the Building Envelope Consultant for the entire project. CDC performed a full spectrum of consulting services to the General Contractor.
